Terms and Conditions for Service Appointment

เพื่อความเป็นระเบียบและความสะดวกในการให้บริการแก่ลูกค้าทุกท่าน บริษัทฯ ขอแจ้งเงื่อนไขการนัดหมายดังต่อไปนี้

1. การนัดหมายวันและเวลา
   ลูกค้าจะต้องแจ้งวันและเวลาที่ต้องการใช้บริการล่วงหน้าอย่างชัดเจน เพื่อให้บริษัทฯ สามารถจัดเตรียมบุคลากรและยานพาหนะได้ตรงตามกำหนด

2. การแจ้งสถานที่และข้อมูลติดต่อ
   ลูกค้าจะต้องระบุที่อยู่สถานที่รับ–ส่งสินค้าอย่างถูกต้อง ครบถ้วน พร้อมแจ้งหมายเลขโทรศัพท์ที่สามารถติดต่อได้ หากมีรายละเอียดหรือจุดสังเกตพิเศษ กรุณาแจ้งเพิ่มเติมเพื่อป้องกันความล่าช้าในการให้บริการ

3. การชำระเงินมัดจำ
   เมื่อตกลงวัน เวลา และรายละเอียดการให้บริการเรียบร้อยแล้ว ลูกค้าจะต้องโอนเงินมัดจำบางส่วนเพื่อยืนยันการนัดหมาย หากไม่มีการชำระเงินมัดจำ บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการยกเลิกการจองโดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า

หมายเหตุ: การปฏิบัติตามเงื่อนไขดังกล่าวจะช่วยให้การให้บริการเป็นไปอย่างราบรื่น ตรงเวลา และมีประสิทธิภาพสูงสุด

In order to ensure smooth operations and provide the best service to our customers, the Company has established the following terms and conditions for making an appointment:

1. Appointment Date and Time
   Customers are required to clearly inform the Company of the preferred date and time of service in advance. This allows the Company to prepare personnel and vehicles accordingly.

2. Service Location and Contact Information
   Customers must provide the full and accurate address of the pick-up and delivery location, along with a valid contact number. If there are any special details or landmarks, please specify to avoid delays in service.

3. Deposit Payment
   Once the appointment date, time, and service details have been agreed upon, customers are required to make a partial deposit to confirm the booking. Failure to make the deposit may result in automatic cancellation of the appointment without prior notice.

Note: Compliance with the above conditions will ensure that the service is carried out smoothly, on time, and with the highest efficiency.

เพื่อให้การดำเนินงานเป็นไปอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและลดความเสี่ยงที่อาจเกิดขึ้น บริษัทฯ มีความจำเป็นต้องเก็บค่ามัดจำจากลูกค้าก่อนการให้บริการ โดยมีเหตุผลดังนี้

1. เพื่อป้องกันการยกเลิกงานโดยกะทันหัน
   การเก็บค่ามัดจำช่วยยืนยันความตั้งใจในการใช้บริการของลูกค้า และลดความเสียหายที่อาจเกิดขึ้นจากการยกเลิกการนัดหมายในระยะสั้น ไม่ว่าจะด้วยสาเหตุใดก็ตาม

2. เพื่อป้องกันการถูกมิจฉาชีพหลอกใช้บริการ
   การชำระค่ามัดจำเป็นมาตรการป้องกันเบื้องต้นจากกลุ่มมิจฉาชีพที่อาจแอบอ้างใช้บริการโดยไม่มีความตั้งใจจริง และไม่สามารถติดต่อได้ภายหลัง ซึ่งอาจทำให้บริษัทฯ สูญเสียทรัพยากรในการดำเนินงาน

3. เพื่อการจัดสรรทรัพยากรที่เหมาะสม
   ค่ามัดจำช่วยให้บริษัทฯ สามารถวางแผนการจัดสรรยานพาหนะ บุคลากร และเวลาได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ และลดความเสี่ยงในการเสียโอกาสทางธุรกิจ

4. เพื่อยืนยันการจองอย่างเป็นทางการ
   การชำระมัดจำถือเป็นการยืนยันการจองอย่างสมบูรณ์ สร้างความมั่นใจทั้งสองฝ่ายว่าการให้บริการจะดำเนินไปตามที่ตกลงกันไว้

5. เพื่อสร้างความรับผิดชอบร่วมกันระหว่างลูกค้าและบริษัทฯ
   การมีค่ามัดจำเป็นสัญลักษณ์ของความรับผิดชอบร่วมกัน ช่วยให้ความสัมพันธ์ทางธุรกิจมีความโปร่งใสและมั่นคงมากยิ่งขึ้น

หมายเหตุ:

1. ค่ามัดจำที่ชำระ จะถูกหักออกจากยอดค่าบริการรวมตามที่ตกลงกัน

2. กรณียกเลิกงาน จะไม่คืนเงินมัดจำไม่ว่าด้วยเหตุผลใดก็ตาม

To ensure efficient operations and reduce potential risks, the Company requires customers to make a deposit prior to the provision of services. The reasons are as follows:

1. To prevent sudden cancellations
   The deposit serves as a confirmation of the customer’s commitment to use the service and helps minimize losses caused by last-minute cancellations, regardless of the reason.

2. To prevent fraudulent service requests
   The deposit acts as a safeguard against fraudulent individuals who may attempt to use the service without genuine intent and subsequently become unreachable, causing unnecessary losses to the Company.

3. For effective resource allocation
   Collecting deposits allows the Company to efficiently allocate vehicles, personnel, and time, while minimizing the risk of lost business opportunities.

4. To formally confirm reservations
   A deposit serves as an official confirmation of the booking, ensuring both parties are committed to proceeding with the agreed service.

5. To establish mutual responsibility
   The deposit represents a shared responsibility between the customer and the Company, fostering a transparent and trustworthy business relationship.

Note:

1. The deposit paid will be deducted from the total service fee as agreed.

2. In case of cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.
