Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our services. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions stated herein.

2. Scope of Services

Dinomove Co., Ltd. provides transportation and logistics services, including but not limited to:

• General cargo transportation
• House, apartment, and condominium moving services
• Office relocation
• Product and goods delivery
• Motorcycle transportation
• Pet transportation
• Nationwide delivery of large items

3. Insurance and Liability Coverage

• The Company provides damage coverage of up to THB 5,000 per service
• For high-value items, customers are advised to purchase additional insurance coverage in advance

4. Deposit and Payment Terms

• A deposit is required to confirm service booking
• In the event that the customer cancels the service or fails to comply with the scheduled appointment, the Company reserves the right to forfeit the deposit as compensation for operational costs and damages incurred

5. Disclaimer of Liability

5.1 Illegal Goods
The Company shall not be held liable under any circumstances if the transported goods are illegal, including but not limited to stolen items or unlawfully obtained property

5.2 Damage Notification Requirement

• Customers are required to inspect all items immediately upon delivery
• Any damage must be reported to the Company’s staff at the time of delivery
• Failure to report damage immediately shall be deemed as acceptance of the goods in good condition, and the Company shall not be liable for any claims made thereafter

5.3 Acceptance of Terms
By using the Company’s services, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all Terms and Conditions. No claims contrary to these Terms shall be accepted at a later stage

Important Notice

If no damage is reported at the time of delivery, the Company shall consider that the goods have been received in complete and satisfactory condition. Any subsequent claims for compensation will not be accepted
